Hello, and thank you for visiting my website!  My name is Amy Gleason, and I have been writing my whole life.  I started developing characters for all of the stories that were in my head at just ten years old, and my first books were about some children in a small town that I made up, called Omega Highland.  Their adventures took place at their school, in their homes, and in their community.  Those adventures remained only as drafts, tucked away in my personal archives, but I continued to write throughout my high school and college years.  Here I found more inspiration for my characters to be young adults, rather than children, and my original novel series was born.  These storylines evolved over the next thirty years, but I was only writing for fun and had no intention of publishing. 

Eventually I was ready to share my work with the world, starting with some dear friends and my sister.  They gave me the confidence to move forward with countless revisions, until the books became the finished copies that you hold in your hands today.  My debut novels Freundschaft and Tanzen were part of the Omega Highland series, and have now been re-released as the first two books in the Woodland Hills series.  I am excited to continue with books 3 & 4, and more!
